Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 2–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Where available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate with the courier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
